What we\'re looking for
- 5+ years in IT Manager role or similar, ideally in startups or fast-growing tech environments.
- Programming and scripting skills (Python, Bash) to automate IT processes, build internal tools, and streamline workflows.
- Experience building IT from scratch in small, dynamic companies. (bonus if you’ve been a one-person IT team before.)
- You’re comfortable setting up networks, troubleshooting endpoints, and managing SaaS tools.
- Experience with zero-trust, cloud-native environments (GCP, AWS, or similar).
- You see IT as a business enabler and are happy to get your hands dirty.
- Growth-oriented and comfortable adapting to change in a scaling, international environment.
- Bonus: Experience supporting multiple offices globally. Programming or scripting experience. Building internal tools with code or no-code.
- Passionate user of Lovable.
What You’ll Do
- Build and own Lovable’s global IT function. Everything from strategy to hands-on execution.
- Set up and manage IT infrastructure in new locations, including networks, office security, and cloud resources.
- Champion a zero-trust, cloud-first approach to IT. Designing secure and scalable systems.
- Leverage your programming and scripting abilities to automate IT operations, develop custom internal tools, and improve efficiency where needed across the organization.
- Minimize friction, solve problems fast, and ensure IT serves the needs of the organization.
- Develop and implement IT policies, processes, and best practices for a fast-moving, international team.
- Be the first point of contact for IT support, but also lay the groundwork for a future IT team as we scale.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure consistent IT experience globally.
- Own device management (laptops, endpoints), SaaS administration, and access control.
- Work closely with engineering, operations and security to ensure compliance and best practices.
