As part of our mission at Podme to build joyful and habit-forming listening experiences across the Nordics, we’re looking for a skilled iOS Developer to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you’ll work closely with teammates in product, design, backend, and QA to continuously improve our iOS app. Your contributions will help ensure a seamless, delightful experience for our growing user base across podcasts and audiobooks.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the implementation of scalable and modern architecture as defined by the team.
• Develop, test, and release high-quality iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, QA, and DevOps to support the delivery of impactful features.
• Write clean, maintainable code with appropriate test coverage.
• Support automated testing and app stability in collaboration with QA.
• Help manage CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps.
• Participate in code reviews and share best practices.

What You Bring

You’re not just passionate about iOS development—you care about performance, user experience, and building maintainable, scalable solutions. You enjoy writing clean code, collaborating with your team, and constantly improving.

• Strong understanding of Apple’s development and design guidelines
• Sound expertise in Swift and SwiftUI, with an ability to work across imperative and declarative programming paradigms
• Familiarity with functional and reactive programming principles, including experience with Combine
• Experience building simple yet extendable architectures that accelerate feature development
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines, and app monitoring via Firebase
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
• Passion for code quality, performance, and continuous improvement

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience building and maintaining apps with a large user base
• Knowledge of DRM (Digital Rights Management) for secure content delivery
• Familiarity with CarPlay, Apple Watch or Chromecast development
