Job summary

SKF Group is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to influence dialogue with the capital markets and strengthen SKF's equity story. You will work with executives and functions to prepare communications for earnings calls, investor meetings and other capital-market activities.

The role combines finance, communication and business understanding, requiring clear, concise financial storytelling to analysts, shareholders and potential investors.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Broad relevant experience in Investor Relations or finance-focused environment.
• Strong financial understanding and commercial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing presentations and materials for senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel for investor meetings.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to SKF’s capital-markets communication and the development of the equity story.
• Develop presentations, Q&A materials and content for earnings calls and investor meetings.
• Act as a key contact for sell-side analysts and engage with investors.
• Plan and manage investor activities including capital markets days and roadshows.
• Analyse the investor base to identify relevant investors for engagement.
• Coordinate investor meetings and ensure preparation and follow-up.
• Build internal networks to gather information and align communications.
• Maintain consistent communication across internal and external channels.
• Monitor market developments, investor perspectives and analyst feedback.
