Job description

As an Investor Relations Associate in Summa, you will work closely with the Investor Relations (IR) team to help with the day-to-day activities and support the execution of IR related projects. This is a full-time temporary position in our Stockholm office, with start in August, 2025 (preferably but flexible) and staying until June, 2026.

About the role

IR is the strategic function responsible for managing communication between Summa and its investors. The IR team acts as a bridge between investors and the organization as a whole and has close collaborations with Brand & Communication, Finance, and other firm functions.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual supporting the IR efforts to ensure high-quality investor relationship management. In this role, you will assist in preparing investor materials, coordinating events and roadshows, CRM administration, coordinating meetings and projects, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical and communication skills who is eager to grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Areas of responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the coordination and preparation of investor meetings, Annual Investor Meetings, including logistics related to conferences and travels
  • Support day-to-day queries from investors and operational/due diligence requests and similar
  • Support with updating the Investor Portal, CRM, MailChimp, and other automated IR dashboards
  • Support the IR team with any ad-hoc projects, materials and requests

Who are we looking for?

  • Overall, the candidate must hold a great standard of interpersonal skills and have an interest in the IR industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, or similar
  • Minimum 1 year of experience within IR/Communication/Finance/Consultancy, or similar is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook and generally technically savvy
  • Demonstrating strong and professional communication and analytical skills
  • A team player with interest to learn and work in an open and transparent environment
  • Process oriented, hands-on, and eager to learn within the role
  • Proficient command of English both verbal and written
