Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate transactions, or a similar environment.
• Experience supporting investment processes from analysis through execution.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a genuine interest in real estate investments.

Responsibilities

• Support investment decisions and strategic initiatives through market research, analysis, and financial modelling.
• Participate in and coordinate due diligence processes in connection with property acquisitions and divestments.
• Assist in the execution of transactions, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic projects, including analysis of new markets, segments, and investment themes.
• Support the preparation of the firm’s semi-annual market report, including data collection and analysis.
• Prepare presentation materials and analysis for Investment Committee meetings.

The Role

As an Investment Associate, you will support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across the Nordic real estate market. You will work closely with senior team members on financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution, while contributing to market insights and investment materials.

Key Responsibilities

Support investment decisions and strategic initiatives through market research, analysis, and financial modelling

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with a strong interest in real estate and investments. You bring a solid understanding of financial structures, along with the ability to assess and optimize investments from a holistic perspective.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate transactions, or a similar environment

Experience supporting investment processes from analysis through execution

A proactive and commercial mindset, with strong interpersonal skills

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English
