Job summary

ACL Partners seeks an Investment Associate to support the evaluation, execution and management of private credit investments in Europe. You will work with senior colleagues to assess opportunities, build cash-flow models, and coordinate due diligence through to investment committee materials.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, fluent Swedish, and a track record from top-tier banks or private equity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience gained at a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm or private credit fund.
• Fluent Swedish, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and financial statement analysis skills.
• Demonstrable transaction experience, including due diligence and investment analysis.
• Strong commercial judgement, attention to detail and the ability to communicate investment recommendations clearly.
