The team

The Investment Banking division is organized across industry, country, and product coverage teams. Industry teams include Consumer and Retail; Natural Resources; Financial Institutions; Financial Sponsors; Healthcare; Multi-Industries; Real Estate, Gaming and Leisure; and Technology, Media and Telecoms, among others. Product teams cover Mergers and Acquisitions and Leveraged Finance. Country teams cover all regions in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and are partially or fully based in regional offices. Coverage teams work together to provide solutions on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets advice.

Our Analyst programme is designed to offer you a broad and exciting experience within Investment Banking.

Training and Development

Your training and development are our top priority with extensive formal training at the start of the programme, on-the-job support, educational speaker events, and mentorship throughout.

Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Work on projects alongside bankers in specific industry, product and country coverage groups, providing a unique learning opportunity
  • Help the team deliver solutions to clients leveraging the full spectrum of the bank's capabilities
  • Actively contribute to the preparation of client presentations and underlying financial analysis
  • Build relationships, knowledge and experience that will open doors to future career opportunities
  • Actively participate in executing transactions, including work with clients as well as representatives of other investment banks and other advisors
Eligibility
  • Candidates are required to be a recent graduate, or in their final year of study pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university, with a graduation timeframe between June 2025 – July 2026
  • Must be available to join the Graduate Analyst programme between January and July 2026
  • Achieved minimum of 112 UCAS points (or equivalent) and on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent)

  • Fluency in English is mandatory and fluency in a Nordic language is a strong preference
