Job summary

Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB is seeking an experienced Inverter & Power Electronics Software Responsible. You will own software components for inverter and power electronics in automotive powertrain projects, coordinating development, verification, and release with cross-functional teams across Sweden and China.

Qualifications

• Experience in power electronics, embedded software development, software integration, or technical coordination.
• Knowledge of inverter systems, electrical drive units, DC/DC converters, on-board chargers, or similar power electronics products.
• Ability to interpret system requirements and translate them into feasible software solutions.
• Experience coordinating technical activities, software deliveries, and supplier interfaces.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with AUTOSAR and embedded C.
• Familiarity with automotive development processes and ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434.
• Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage for local collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as software component owner for inverter and power electronics products across projects.
• Coordinate software development, integration, verification, release, and industrialization activities.
• Translate customer/system requirements into clear software requirements.
• Establish and maintain software plans, traceability, and release baselines.
• Monitor software maturity, quality, cost, and timing against objectives.
• Manage issues, deviations, change requests, and software configuration.
• Support software integration, fault tracing, and risk management.
• Collaborate with hardware, system, and test teams to align requirements.
