Job summary

Barrington James is partnering with an international biopharmaceutical company to hire a Permanent Endpoint Management Engineer for its Digital Workplace function. You will own device and application management across a Microsoft cloud environment, supporting a mixed Windows and iOS user base.

The role sits between hands-on delivery and operational ownership; enrolling and configuring devices in Intune, packaging and deploying apps, monitoring performance and resolving incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/degree not required if you have proven practical IT experience.
• Experience with endpoint or device management in a Microsoft cloud environment, hands-on with Intune.
• Experience packaging and deploying applications and configurations; troubleshooting Windows and iOS apps.
• Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and Autopatch.
• Scripting with PowerShell at least basic to intermediate level.
• Experience with RoboPack or similar application management solution.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of device, application and endpoint management services within Digital Workplace.
• Manage lifecycle of Windows and Apple devices, OSes and apps using Intune, Autopilot, Autopatch, RoboPack, ABM.
• Lead and coordinate service requests, changes, incidents, and roadmap activities via ServiceNow.
• Package, deploy and update applications and configurations; monitor device health, security, compliance and performance.
• Troubleshoot complex Windows and iOS issues with colleagues and partners to restore service.
• Act as SME for device management and applications; support training and knowledge sharing with Service Desk.
• Identify and deliver continuous improvements to simplify processes and strengthen resilience.
