Your role as a Trainee – Analyst Group Strategy

You will join Group Strategy, where we shape Vattenfall's strategic direction and long-term development. To be considered for our traineeship, you should:

• Have completed, or expect to complete, an academic degree before the programme starts in March 2027
• Have no more than one year of relevant work experience after graduation, excluding internships and working-student roles
• Be available for the full-time programme from its start date
• Have the right to work in the country where the position is based, or meet the stated work-permit requirements
