Du leder team genom förändring, samordnar arbete mellan ledningsnivå och operativt genomförande samt säkerställer tydlig kommunikation med intressenter i Europa. Våra kandidater har en stark affärsjudgment och god analytisk förmåga.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial manager with substantial international experience.
• Proven track record in commercial strategy, marketing and customer-driven growth.
• Strong people leadership, including leading through change or transition.
• Excellent project and programme steering skills delivering complex initiatives.
• Able to move between executive discussions and hands-on execution.
• Strong business judgement, analytical capability and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, marketing, strategy or related field, or equivalent senior commercial experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English; experience working across European markets is advantageous.
