Job summary

JobBusters AB is seeking a Global FP&A Manager for an international, six-month interim assignment with hybrid working. You will own the global FP&A cycle, manage multi-entity consolidation, and support executives with accurate reporting.

Immediate start with a fixed end date in 2027-04-15 and potential extension. The role requires 3–5+ years in finance, strong Excel modelling and experience with planning tools (Anaplan/OneStream/SAP BPC/Board).

Qualifications

3–5+ years in finance, incl. 4+ years FP&A at group or multi-region level.
Experience owning a full budget or forecast cycle end-to-end.
Strong multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation experience.
Expert-level financial modelling in Excel; familiarity with planning tools.
Solid IFRS knowledge with ability to reconcile management and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

Own the global FP&A cycle across entities and regions.
Manage monthly actuals, budget, forecast and variance analysis.
Run the full forecast cycle from templates to regional follow-up, consolidation and exec review.
Prepare monthly management packs and materials for the Board and Executive Committee.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis including business cases and scenario modelling.
Collaborate with regional finance leads and challenge assumptions.
Drive consistency and efficiency across FP&A processes.
Standardise templates and improve reporting processes.
Automate at least one manual process during the assignment.
Handover to permanent post-holder or Group Controlling during final weeks.
