Job summary

Paraglide AI is seeking a Customer Engineer to lead the technical implementation with customers in Malmö. You will connect Paraglide to ERPs, CRMs, billing systems, email, and other data sources, ensuring data flows enable accurate AI agent context.

You will collaborate with customer IT teams and internal engineering to kickoff and go-live, build new integrations, and troubleshoot data issues. Strong communication and hands-on coding skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, integrations, implementation engineering or a similar technical role.
• Comfortable with APIs, databases, JSON, webhooks and data flows, and able to write code when required.
• Strong communicator who enjoys working directly with customers, including their IT teams.
• Highly pragmatic and resourceful: you enjoy figuring out how to get something working when there isn't an obvious answer.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical integration from kickoff to go-live, working closely with customer IT and internal Engineering.
• Connect Paraglide to ERPs, CRMs, billing systems, email and other data sources through APIs, SFTP, webhooks and other methods.
• Build new integrations, data transformations and event-based workflows when needed.
• Troubleshoot data and integration issues and turn recurring customer requirements into reusable product capabilities.
