As an Integration Engineer focusing on asset integration, configuration and testing, you will play a key role in shaping the foundation of our Asset Integration team, ensuring seamless integration with both new and existing hardware assets such as batteries, hydro, hydrogen, and wind power. Your work will be instrumental in scaling the implementation, configuring and testing a growing number of assets to make sure they work reliably in the field, and collaborating with internal teams focusing on control systems, asset operations, and trading.
This is a hands‑on role, that would entail working with hardware and physical configurations of computers.

Connect and integrate systems with our platform - inverters, batteries and more. Configure systems for reliable operation
Provision and commission edge devices. Run and assist in developing test procedures to assure reliability in the field
Run and submit prequalifications for energy markets across geo-markets
Collaborate cross‑functionally with projects, asset operations, and software developers
You have a technical background, whether through education or hands‑on experience
A problem‑solver with a strong foundation in configuration and testing of software and/or hardware.
Passionate about Flower’s mission to accelerate the energy transition and create sustainable solutions
A structured, quality‑minded approach to your tasks
Experience in industrial automation or related field
Comfortable using Linux operating systems and an interest in hardware and IoT
Strong problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g. Modbus, IEC104)
Experience with networking technologies (VPN’s, IP, etc)
Software development experience
