Role: Inspection Engineer (Besiktningsman)

Assignment Description:

• Provide ongoing inspections and technical support related to the facility's water purification systems
• Act as the client’s representative in discussions and assessments with the contractor regarding unresolved inspection points
• Conduct follow-up inspections approximately 3 times per year for at least 2 years
• Perform initial intensive work during 2025 to address and resolve outstanding issues

Outstanding Inspection Points to Be Addressed in 2025:

• Constantly high water temperature – consistently 1–3°C above expected levels
• Circulation pump (CP) from the bubble pool shuts down irregularly, affecting the VR2 system's stability
• Inability to lower pH levels in VR1
• Overflowing equalization tanks, occurring repeatedly

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Haves):

• In-depth expertise in water purification systems
• Proven experience in inspection and evaluation of water treatment facilities
• Previous involvement in swimming pool or bathhouse projects
• Working knowledge of Swedish construction law and contract forms (ABT06)
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
