Job summary

SWEP in Landskrona seeks an Innovation Engineer in Thermodynamics to turn research into practical products. You will focus on thermodynamic simulations within technology development and collaborate with a multinational team of engineers.

Qualifications

Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or related field with a focus on Thermodynamics or Fluid Dynamics.
Experience from CFD, Matlab and/or AI usage for mathematical simulations.
Experience in mechanical design, product development or R&D environments.
Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

Conduct thermodynamic simulations within technology development in our R&D hub, turning new ideas into practical concepts.
Lead projects in applied research, technology and concept development with cross-functional teams.
Develop methods and best practices within thermodynamics and stay updated on technology trends.
Collaborate with a global team of engineers and support sales/marketing activities related to area of expertise.
