Job summary

Galderma in Uppsala is seeking a Process Engineer/Scientist to join the Injectable Platform Technology & NPI team. You will support transfer of new injectable products from development into commercial manufacturing, ensuring platform standards and robust production processes.

Reporting to the Head of Injectable Platform Technology & NPI, you will collaborate across functions, contribute to technology transfers, process validation, and continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Strong written and spoken English communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with injectable manufacturing, regulatory standards, and GMP.
Comfort working across cross-functional teams and external partners.
Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Support transfer of new injectable products from development into commercial manufacturing.
Contribute to process optimization, validation, technology transfer, and manufacturing readiness.
Help build and maintain a platform approach for injectable products and drive continuous improvement.
Serve as technical expert for manufacturing processes across internal/external sites.
Prepare and review technical documentation, validation protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.
Collaborate with Product Science, MS&T, Quality, Regulatory, and CMOs.
