Job summary

You will design user-facing experiences and help shape architecture and framework decisions, while collaborating with embedded engineers, QA, and designers.

This role requires hands-on work with Qt/QML, C/C++, and embedded graphics, across a small high-performing team, with direct impact on product and vehicle

Qualifications

• 3+ years of developing user interfaces and applications with Qt/QML.
• Proficient in C and C++.
• Understanding of graphics/rendering pipelines, display technology, or HMI design principles.
• 3+ years of experience in optimizing UI/application performance on resource-constrained embedded systems.
• Understanding of embedded system architecture and hardware/software interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine user-facing applications and UI/UX features for the head unit, digital cluster, and smartwheel displays.
• Develop and maintain application-layer software and frameworks (e.g., Qt/QML) that power the infotainment experience.
• Build features that leverage embedded and connected technologies — favoring simple, robust solutions and eliminating unnecessary complexity.
• Contribute to application architecture, performance, and rendering/graphics optimization.
• Collaborate with a small, agile cross-functional team of embedded software engineers, QA/Validation, and designers on technical decisions.
• Debug and analyze root causes across the full software stack.
• Support production and service departments with technical expertise.
• Contribute to our engineering practices and standards.
