Job summary

Axis Communications in Lund is seeking an Industrial Lead to bridge development and volume production. You will coordinate industrialization activities, plan ramp-ups, and ensure a robust supply chain as products move from design to market.

You will work with R&D, contract manufacturers, and logistics to secure quality, cost, and timely launches. The role involves travel to contract manufacturers up to 20 days per year and requires a university degree plus experience in industrialization or

Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent education in a relevant field.
• A few years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience with projects and continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and drive industrialization activities for smooth ramp-up.
• Coordinate and lead test- and production builds at contract manufacturers.
• Identify and manage quality, sourcing and production risks.
• Participate in Supply Chain reviews for new products.
