Job summary

Boliden Mineral AB is seeking an IT & OT Security Coordinator to safeguard and improve security across our OT/IT environments in our Swedish sites. You will bridge operations with IT security, identify risks, and implement protective measures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on security, patch management, audits, and incident readiness. Regular presence at Boliden sites and coordination with external partners are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• OT/IT security education or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with IT security solutions, tools and frameworks.
• Broad experience in security patch management and vulnerability remediation.
• Hands-on experience with network security, encryption technologies, and firewalls.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and prioritize security risks within OT systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot OT network and security issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects and improve security enhancements.
• Stay up to date with security trends, threats and best practices.
• Develop and implement risk-based security strategies and standards.
• Coordinate security audits/assessments and incident response.
• Collaborate with external partners to ensure secure integrations.
• Support documentation and governance for security processes.
