Job summary

EOS, the world market leader for industrial 3D printing, is seeking a Field Service Technician to support our Nordic & Baltic Service Team, primarily in Stockholm, Norrköping, Örebro, Linköping, Södertälje or Västerås.

You will install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot printers at customer sites, deliver system introductions and basic training sessions, and provide remote technical support to customers and colleagues. Intensive in-house training in Germany awaits, with Nordic travel.

Qualifications

Professional experience as a Field Service Technician or comparable service role.
Strong knowledge of complex industrial machinery, electrical and mechanical components.
Good IT skills with SAP and MS Office.
Valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel within the Nordic region and to Germany for training.
Fluency in English; Swedish or another Scandinavian language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot our industrial 3D printers at customer sites.
Deliver system introductions and basic training sessions to customers.
Provide remote advice and technical support to customers and colleagues.
Support customers in service cases and manage requests through the escalation process.
As part of your development in the role, you participate in intensive in-house training on our machines and our technology at our sites in Germany.
