About the role:

As an Index Portfolio Manager, you will work with index-tracking equity portfolios for institutional and private investors. The role combines day-to-day portfolio management with responsibility for delivering portfolio returns in line with risk limits, mandates and client expectations, as well as contributing to portfolio-related decision-making and the ongoing development of investment processes.

You will also:

• Manage and optimize equity index portfolios across global markets
• Execute and follow up on portfolio rebalances, corporate actions and cash flows
• Contribute to and take responsibility for portfolio construction and implementation efficiency
• Work closely with trading, risk, sustainability and operations teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics, processes and investment workflows
• Support the development of tools, automation and scalable ways of working
• Contribute to product development and, when relevant, take an active role in communicating portfolio strategy, investment philosophy and process to clients and internal stakeholders in a transparent and trustworthy manner

The exact scope of the role will be shaped by your experience and strengths, but in both positions you will play an important part in developing the team, supporting clients and strengthening the platform over time

We are primarily looking for candidates with relevant experience in portfolio management or related fields, and a strong interest in developing further within index portfolio management.

Experience from asset management, trading, index investing, quantitative analysis or similar fields is highly relevant. For more experienced candidates, a track record or demonstrated responsibility within portfolio management or related areas is considered a strong advantage. Equally important are strong analytical capabilities, sound judgement and the ambition to develop in a dynamic investment environment.
