Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering inclusive digital experiences
• Strong knowledge of accessibility research and WCAG
• Practical experience applying assistive technology and design reviews
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving training
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership
• Professional English and judgement to work with sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Own the practical direction for inclusive digital experiences shaped with disabled and diverse users.
• Translate goals and constraints into a clear approach for accessibility research and WCAG.
• Establish useful standards, routines or artefacts around assistive technology.
• Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies affecting design reviews.
• Use evidence and measurable outcomes to improve training.
• Strengthen knowledge sharing, decision quality and sustainable ownership across the team.
