Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Hyperscale Datacenter Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning activities for hyperscale data center projects at the customer site in Gävle. You will ensure electrical, mechanical, controls, life safety, and BMS systems are commissioned for optimal performance and readiness.

The role requires a strong electrical background with experience in datacenter power distribution, switchgear or UPS commissioning, and proven ability to manage delivery projects and field service work.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience commissioning power distribution equipment, switchgear or UPS systems in Datacenter environments.
• Experience delivering electrical projects and performing field service & commissioning work.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring and cabling documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commissioning strategies and execution plans.
• Manage commissioning activities across all project phases.
• Coordinate commissioning schedules with construction and project teams.
• Monitor milestones and identify risks to commissioning activities.
• Lead Level 1-5 commissioning activities and IST/FPT.
• Coordinate witness testing with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all critical systems achieve operational readiness before handover.
• Maintain commissioning documentation and records.
