Job summary

Eaton in Gävle leads commissioning and live service operations for hyperscale data center projects, delivering UPS, transformers, switchgear and related power distribution solutions. This role coordinates on-site activities, ensures safety, and supports testing, commissioning, and QA across medium- to large-scale sites.

The successful candidate will have an electrical background with 3–5 years of project-based management, strong communication skills in English, and willingness to travel across

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background with electrician training or on-site experience.
• 3–5 years in managing electrical works on medium to large power distribution projects.
• Data center experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of health, safety and quality management on construction sites.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring/cabling documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate on-site Eaton and subcontractor activities.
• Maintain safety, health, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety briefings.
• Monitor site progress, resources, schedules, costs, and risks.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and QA activities.
• Provide progress updates to the Project Manager.
• Travel within EMEA region as needed.
• Promote Eaton values and compliance on site.
