Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Stockholm, Sweden, is seeking a Tax Data and Transformation Analyst to structure and analyze tax data, improve processes, and support digital initiatives across the Group. The role combines analytical work with process improvement and global collaboration.

You will work closely with Finance, IT, and other Group Tax specialists to develop better tax processes, tools, and ways of working, with a hybrid setup and occasional remote work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 4-5+ years of experience in tax, finance, data, systems or process improvement.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and working with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Identify data gaps and design solutions to centralize and automate tax and transfer pricing data.
• Translate tax requirements into technical specifications for Finance and IT projects.
• Act as liaison between Group Tax and other functions on technology projects.
• Develop and maintain tax models, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Support quarterly and year-end closing processes.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects within Group Tax.
