Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Jr Sourcing Specialist to join the team in Växjö, Sweden, with a hybrid work arrangement and frequent interaction with R&D, logistics, procurement, quality, and production. You will contribute to cost improvements, supplier development, and cross-functional synergies across Infection Control manufacturing sites in Växjö and Poznań.

The role requires a background in sourcing, experience in strategic sourcing, and fluency in English and Swedish.

Qualifications

• Educational background within sourcing or equivalent experience.
• Experience in strategic sourcing.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, orally and written.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategy to commodity assigned.
• Initiate and manage cost savings to improve factory financial results.
• Work with suppliers to develop mutual partnership and improve their performance KPI’s.
• Support R&D during NPD projects including early supplier involvement, and to select and onboard new suppliers.
• Cooperate across business areas to drive synergies between factories.
• Identify potential improvements in processes and define adjustments to ways of working when needed.
