Job summary

Incluso seeks a Senior HR Generalist to join the People Experience team in Falkenberg, with occasional travel to Mölnlycke. Start ASAP on a 10-month limited contract, with a good chance of extension. The role is 90% onsite in Falkenberg and 10% onsite in Mölnlycke.

You will partner with local business teams to deliver HR services, advise on labor law, support onboarding, and drive recruitment and policy implementation across Falkenberg and Mölnlycke.

We’re looking for a Senior HR Generalist for a global company in Falkenberg. Start is ASAP, 10 months limited contract to begin with, good possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Falkenberg and occasional travel to Mölnlycke.

We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our client's People Experience team in Falkenberg and Mölnlycke.

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource generalist to join our People Experience team in Falkenberg and Mölnlycke. The HR generalist will be part of a smaller HR team in Falkenberg consisting of the responsible HR manager, two HR specialists and two payroll administrators. The focus will primarily be on Falkenberg, but this HR Generalist will also support our Mölnlycke site (estimated 5-10% of the time).

We need this person to be available on-site in Falkenberg but also have the possibility to travel to Mölnlycke when needed.

MAIN TASKS

The HR Generalist supports the delivery of the HR strategy for one or more Hygiene Business Units in a Country/Cluster. The role works in partnership with the business to provide specialist coaching, support and influence that enable Hygiene Business Units in a Country/Cluster to effectively deliver their people plans. The role provides HR services that deliver best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with other specialist HR functions.

• Works as HR partner to assigned local business teams to ensure professional HR support in all operational HR issues related to performance management, organizational and people development and change management.
• Supports the development and delivery of business unit related topics in the Country/Cluster e.g. development activities, small organization or structure changes, data collection, interpretation, and evaluation of appropriate remuneration issues.
• Equips key assigned local business teams with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans e.g. performance management, talent management, career management, development of teams etc.
• Responsible for providing assistance and guidance to line management on a broad and local range of human resource policies programs and practices.
• Advice on labor law, collective agreement and policy related issues concerning employees to make sure that Essity is compliant.
• Responsible for employee onboarding plan, process, activities and follow up.
• Initiates recruitment process with Staffing Manager.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• We are looking for a competent and experienced HR professional with a broad experience from the HR area, preferably as HRM/HRBP or similar roles. It is preferable if the consultant have experience from working in a similar environment as the Essity Falkenberg and Mölnlycke site, meaning a manufacturing environment with a mixed population of blue collars and white collars.
• Deep knowledge of labor law, preferably within manufacturing environments.
• Confident and able to stand their ground when needed.
• Calm, structured, and methodical in approach.
• Performs well under pressure and remains composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and consistent, with a balanced and professional mindset.
• Demonstrates strong judgment and composure in dynamic environments, remaining focused and methodical under pressure while carefully assessing situations and making well-considered decisions.
