Job summary

Sirocco Group in Stockholm, Sweden, seeks a highly motivated HR Business Partner for a 12-month parental leave cover to join our management consultancy. You will be the sole HR contact, handling talent management, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, employer branding and culture, reporting to the CEO and office-based five days a week.

You will lead recruitment, ensure compliance with labor laws, support managers with staff questions and performance, and contribute to employer branding

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
• Comfortable working independently as the sole HR function.
• Proven experience of managing full-cycle recruitment, including active sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law.
• Experience supporting managers with employee relations and performance management.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile HR Business Partner for a 12-month parental leave cover to join Sirocco Group in Sweden, Stockholm. In this role, you will be the sole HR contact, handling a wide variety of responsibilities to support the organization’s HR needs. You’ll work directly with leadership and employees, ensuring smooth operations in areas such as talent management, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, employer branding and culture. You will be required to be in the office 5 days per week and you will report to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

This role includes managing the recruitment process, searching for interesting candidates to have in the pipeline and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. It also includes, supporting employee relations and doing both employee and employer branding efforts. You will make sure compliance with labor laws, manage HR-related risks and supporting managers with staff related questions. Additionally, it oversees performance reviews, employee development, and promotes continuous improvement, all attached to the HR-wheel.
