Job summary

Avincis, a leading provider of critical aviation services, is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to develop health, safety, environment and quality across Sweden. You will partner with management to strengthen safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead audits, risk assessments and training, drive continuous improvement, and ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are embedded. This role offers visibility in an international aviation group and the chance to make a tangible impact.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience within Occupational Health & Safety, Quality or Environmental Management.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an HSE/HSEQ role.
• Good knowledge of Swedish health and safety legislation.
• Experience with ISO management systems, particularly ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations and risk assessments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Aviation experience is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and strengthen a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
• Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on HSEQ matters.
• Conduct risk assessments and support risk management activities.
• Monitor safety, quality and environmental performance through reporting and KPI analysis.
• Lead and support investigations of incidents and non-conformities.
• Plan, coordinate and participate in internal audits and inspections.
• Maintain and improve quality and environmental management systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, company requirements and ISO standards.
• Deliver HSEQ training and awareness initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across the business.
