The HR Manager Sweden will modernize HR operations, strengthen governance, and build a scalable HR function that enables business growth while delivering an outstanding employee and manager experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field and several years of HR experience.
• Solid understanding of Swedish labour law and employee relations.
• Experience in multinational environments is an asset.
• Proficiency with ERP, payroll, and HR digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current HR landscape and identify gaps in compliance and governance.
• Digitize and standardize HR processes, including payroll modernization.
• Build a data-driven HR function with measurable impact.
• Lead and develop the local HR team, partnering with business leaders during change.
• Ensure full compliance with Swedish labour law and internal regulations.
