Join us as an HR Business Partner!

In this role you will:

1. Coach and support managers in operational HR matters
2. Support the business in labor law issues
3. Develop and drive business-oriented HR work
4. Support managers' work in developing and ensuring the organizational and social work environment
5. Proactive attendance management (frisknärvaro), rehabilitation, and employee satisfaction
6. Union collaboration and negotiations
7. Handle administrative tasks, which are largely automated or managed by our Global People Services
8. Foster a positive work culture

What we are looking for:

• Native proficiency in Swedish (written and spoken)
• Good English skills (at least B2 level)
• Ability to work from the office in Gävle
• High sense of responsibility, willingness, and ability to organize work independently and efficiently
• Energetic, proactive personality with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience and/or education in human resources
