Job summary

European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg seeks an HR Analyst – Employment & Rewards to coordinate HR processes, payroll and benefits for local agents across External Offices. The role reports to the Head of Overseas Remuneration Unit and involves complex employment matters within multiple regulatory environments.

You will liaise with external payroll and legal providers, ensure timely HR services, and support HR systems development across locations.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor) in HR, Law, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in HR, payroll, remuneration, or related area.
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment matters.
• Experience in international/multicultural environment is advantageous.
• Experience in managing external service providers and procurement activities is a plus.
• Knowledge of HRIS such as Business Objects, PeopleSoft or Oracle HCM is advantageous.
• Excellent knowledge of English and/or French, with good command of the other languages.

Responsibilities

• Act as Country Officer for designated External Offices and manage HR services.
• Coordinate recruitment, employment matters, payroll, time management and contracts.
• Review payroll outputs, investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
• Monitor remuneration framework compliance with regulations and laws.
• Procure and manage local service providers for payroll, legal, health and pension services.
• Liaise with Heads of Office and Business Partners on HR topics.
• Update local agents’ data in internal systems and prepare management briefs.
