The European Investment Bank (EIB) Group is recruiting for the position of Head of Regional Development Division in Luxembourg. The role leads a multidisciplinary team to assess and oversee regional development, cohesion and multi-sector public infrastructure projects.

The Head reports to the Director of the HCR Department and collaborates with other divisions and external authorities. Some travel and outside-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multidisciplinary team and coordinating across divisions.
• Ability to develop and implement regional development strategies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with public authorities and EU institutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coordinate and supervise the Regional Development Division's work.
• Manage a broad and evolving portfolio in regional development and cohesion.
• Coordinate policy and advisory work related to Just Transition and resilience initiatives.
• Maintain external contacts with EU institutions and regional authorities.
• Ensure quality standards in techno-economic, environmental and procurement aspects.
