Job summary

Kenvue Helsingborg is seeking a Site Engineering and Reliability Lead to drive best-in-class engineering and reliability practices at the Helsingborg site. You will align capital projects with strategy and act as the key link between the site and regional operations.

You will lead a team, oversee 5-7 direct reports, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with quality standards while delivering improvements in performance, safety and uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Experience driving engineering excellence with measurable results.
• Strong project and capital portfolio management skills.
• Fluency in English – written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site engineering and equipment reliability strategy.
• Oversee site CapEx portfolio with budgeting and reporting.
• Coordinate deployment of capital programs and upgrades to site.
• Develop the Site Master Plan (3-5 years) and budgets.
• Lead 5-7 direct reports and drive performance and development.
