Job summary

Techrytera AB is seeking a motivated Helix Junior Developer to build and configure components on the Helix platform. You will work under guidance from senior colleagues to grow your technical skills while delivering secure, maintainable solutions ready to run.

You will configure Helix components, implement workflows, and help develop integrations with surrounding systems, while learning ITSM and IT4IT practices in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Some experience with the BMC Helix platform.
• Foundation in software development or low-code configuration.
• Interest in ITSM/ServiceOps and learning Helix.
• Basic understanding of APIs (REST, JSON).
• Willingness to learn and ask questions.
• Ability to document work clearly.
• Team-oriented with architects and engineers.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Configure and build Helix components (ITSM, DWP, BWF, Innovation Suite) per designs.
• Implement workflows, forms, and experiences following platform patterns.
• Support integrations between Helix and surrounding systems.
• Assist with bug fixing, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Document configurations and changes clearly.
• Participate in code and configuration reviews.
• Grow understanding of ITSM, ServiceOps, IT4IT ways of working.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and platform teams.
