Job summary

ZiBIT AB is seeking an experienced Senior BMC Helix Solution Architect to lead the design of enterprise Service Management solutions on the BMC Helix platform. You will define solutions, integrations, and dashboards while aligning with enterprise architecture and modernization goals.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that support IT and business operations. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of BMC Helix Digital Workplace, including service catalogs and request experience design.
Experience with BMC Helix Business Workflows and case management process design.
Hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM / Remedy.
Experience with Helix Innovation Suite, including data models, workflows, expressions, and platform extensibility.
Experience with TrueSight Service Orchestrator or similar orchestration/automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of API-based integrations and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience designing solutions involving CMDB and service modeling.
Experience with low-code platforms or workflow-based automation within ITSM environments.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to challenge requirements and propose simple, scalable solutions.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end BMC Helix solutions, including architecture, data flows, integrations, and operational processes.
Define how BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, Business Workflows, Innovation Suite, and TS0 work together to support IT4IT use cases.
Design operational and management dashboards using Helix Dashboards.
Design and document integrations between BMC Helix and surrounding enterprise systems.
Evaluate implementation approaches and recommend solutions that maximize standard platform capabilities while minimizing customization.
Ensure solution designs comply with enterprise architecture, security, and platform governance principles.
Support development teams throughout implementation by providing architectural guidance and clarifying solution designs.
Contribute to platform modernization, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
