Tieto Caretech is seeking a Project Manager for the Swedish operations team to lead delivery projects in healthcare environments, collaborating with customers, application specialists and product developers.

You will manage contracts, budgets, quality and stakeholder communications, promote a collaborative culture, and drive improvements while maintaining a flexible hybrid work model.

Fluency in Swedish and English, strong PM skills, and the ability to travel when needed are required.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Swedish and English (oral and written) is required.
• Proven project management experience on cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and occasional after-hours work.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer projects related to Tieto solutions and ensure delivery per contracts, scope, plans and budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day project deliveries including profitability, invoicing, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Set project objectives and align team expectations; steer team direction during project work.
• Foster a positive project culture, motivate the team, and support effective deliveries.
• Report progress and estimates to the steering group; propose changes when needed.
