Job summary

Tieto Caretech is seeking a Project Manager for our Swedish operations to lead delivery projects across healthcare environments. You will collaborate closely with customers, application specialists and product developers to ensure successful outcomes within agreed scopes and budgets.

You will frequent cross-functional collaboration, navigate contract terms, and drive quality and customer satisfaction while adapting to a flexible hybrid work model in Sweden.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English, oral and written.
• Project management skills demonstrated through experience working on cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication skills with ability to inspire and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours or travel for work when needed.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead small, medium and large customer projects related to Tieto’s solutions and ensure results according to contracts, scope, plans and financial targets.
• Manage day-to-day delivery including contract fulfilment, profitability, invoicing, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate project objectives and set expectations for team members; steer direction during project work.
• Foster a positive project culture, motivate the team and support delivery with good morale.
• Report project status, progress and estimates to the steering group on a regular cadence.
• Prepare decision bases including proposed project changes and improvements.
