Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English, oral and written is required.
• Project management skills demonstrated through cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication and ability to inspire and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours or travel.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects related to Tieto’s solutions and ensure results according to contracts, scope, plans and financial targets.
• Day-to-day management of project deliveries including contract fulfilment, profitability, invoicing, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate the project objective and set expectations for the team members; provide direction during project work.
• Establish good project culture, motivate the team and support deliveries.
• Report project status, progress and estimates to the steering group at agreed intervals.
• Prepare basis for decisions including proposing project changes.
• Ensure the project organization and working method are suitable, documented and improved.
