Zusammenfassung

HelloFresh is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Specialist in Sweden to own the H&S function at the site. You will lead investigations, design the safety system to ISO 45001, and partner with leadership to reduce risk while ensuring compliance with Swedish OH&S laws.

You will coach site leaders, manage KPIs, and drive preventive initiatives across production, logistics, and related operations. A strong regulatory background and robust communication in Swedish and English are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive knowledge of Swedish OH&S legislation (and ISO 45001) with independent advisory authority.
• Proven ability to lead complex incident investigations and identify systemic root causes.
• Experience designing and leading risk assessment processes beyond templates.

Aufgaben

• Lead thorough incident investigations with root cause analysis and corrective action follow-through.
• Design, implement and continually improve the site H&S management system to ISO 45001 and HelloFresh standards.
• Develop and own site-level H&S policies, risk frameworks and safe work procedures.
• Identify systemic risks and drive preventive initiatives before incidents occur.
• Lead workplace risk assessments with the Joint Health & Safety Committee.
• Coach operational leaders to own safety conversations and daily huddles.
• Track and report H&S KPIs and translate data into senior-management insights.
• Prepare for internal/external audits (BSI/ISO) and conduct spot checks.
• Support HQ H&S strategy with site-based insights and regulatory compliance.
