A leading media group in Stockholm seeks a Head of TV Operations to lead video production teams in Norway and Sweden. You will manage strategy and operations across brands, ensuring that creative ambitions align with production capabilities. Schibsted has some of the strongest media brands in the Nordics. Our video teams at VG and Aftonbladet are already leading the way in newsroom-driven, live, and socially distributed TV content, and now we’re ready to go further.
We’re looking for a Head of TV Operations to take our video production capabilities to the next level. In this new Nordic role, you’ll lead our operational video teams in Norway and Sweden and help shape the future of fast-paced, high-quality TV across platforms.
You’ll also play a key role in identifying synergies with TV4 in Sweden and MTV in Finland, newly acquired businesses that open up new opportunities for collaboration and innovation, though they’re not part of your direct remit.

You combine operational leadership, media production experience, and a collaborative mindset. You’re used to working with editorial, tech and business teams — and you can align perspectives without losing sight of delivery.
