Job summary

Saab AB in Sweden seeks a dynamic Head of Supply Chain Excellence & Digital Domain Leader to lead the Supply Chain Digital Core, own Production PM&T and build the future Industrialisation capability for Surveillance. You will drive IFS governance, roadmaps, and cross-functional alignment with Production, Supply Chain, and IT to enable scalable, data-driven operations.

• Deep understanding of supply chain processes, methods and PM&T.
• Experience with S&OP, production planning and industrialisation principles.
• Strong data analysis and digital transformation skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain Digital Core and IFS governance.
• Own IFS from a business perspective; set priorities and roadmaps.
• Balance stability with future development and automation.
• Lead Production PM&T and establish cross-surveillance standards.
• Develop Industrialisation as part of Production PM&T.
• Coordinate Production Supply and align with S&OP in IFS.
• Drive digital and operational transformation across functions.
• Build cross-functional networks across Surveillance.
