Head of Sales, WHS, Sweden

Lead the national sales strategy and execution across all WHS brands in Sweden. You'll manage a high-performing team, drive growth, and foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure commercial success.

More about the role:

  • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with business goals
  • Build strategic partnerships and identify growth opportunities
  • Drive Sales Excellence and continuous improvement
  • Monitor performance, manage budgets, and report results
  • Produce and present periodic status reports on sales achievements and connected activity plans
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service to enhance customer experience
  • Participate in exhibitions, happenings, strategic customer meetings and similar in the Norwegian market, in co-operation with National sales force
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
  • Give constructive and future oriented feedback to support individual as well as team growth
  • Promote an inclusive, data-driven, and compliant work culture

  • Ensure operations in compliance with all local, state and federal laws as well as company policy and compliance standards including reporting in company standard tools.
