Responsibilities

• Lead the development of indexable tool concepts, solid round tools, tooling systems and cutting tool grades from concept through launch readiness.
• Set and execute a market- and technology-driven strategy and roadmap for technology and knowledge development, with sustainability embedded throughout.
• Build partnerships and strengthen collaboration within Sandvik as well as with external research ecosystems.
• Lead and develop leaders and technical teams, ensure future capabilities and succession, and guide the organization through change.
