Qualifications

• Significant experience designing digital products with strong product and user intuition.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for product quality.
• Deep experience running user research, testing, prototyping, and validation.

• Lead and evolve the overall design craft at Tandem.
• Mentor and develop product designers through feedback, collaboration, and coaching.
• Establish and improve product discovery practices, including research, prototyping, validation, and user feedback loops.
