Volvo Group in Skövde seeks a Head of Maintenance to steer a 600-strong team through a strategic transformation. You will drive a shift from reactive to proactive maintenance, leveraging data and AI to improve reliability and production flow while aligning with safety, quality, and budget targets.

Reporting to the Head of Skövde plant, you will develop leadership across the site and collaborate with Production and Engineering to deliver measurable improvements and a culture of Dare and Care.

Qualificações

• Requires proven leadership experience in large maintenance/engineering groups.
• Strong change management skills with a track record of delivering improvements.
• Ability to use data and KPIs to drive priorities and actions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a 600-person maintenance organization at Skövde site.
• Shift maintenance from reactive to planned, preventive, and data-driven approaches.
• Drive reliability, availability, and efficient production flows while managing safety and budget.
• Collaborate across Production, Engineering and other functions; develop leaders.
