Job Description

Do you have the ability to develop and lead a Key Account Management Department strategically? As our new Head of KAM, you will lead a team, set growth plans, conduct business reviews, and develop our business with strategic accounts. Building long-lasting relationships and working closely with management and key stakeholders to establish departmental strategies, goals, and targets will be key. Your mission
  • Take overall responsibility for the Key Account Management team at foodora, including personnel responsibility for 4-6 Key Account Managers.
  • Develop and implement processes and structures for strategic accounts, including monthly/quarterly business reviews.
  • Implement commercial strategies to increase growth and maximize value for strategic accounts, ensuring full integration with our ecosystem (deals, ad tech, subscription, POS, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on operational and strategic levels.
  • Participate in key meetings with strategic accounts.
  • Lead complex commercial projects, such as commission increase initiatives.
  • Utilize and adapt best practices from other Delivery Hero markets to enhance strategic Account Management.

Qualifications
  • Experience managing large accounts and complex negotiations with a proven track record.
  • Leadership experience is a plus; strong leadership skills are essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Experience in eCommerce and/or tech is considered a plus.
