Job summary

SportAdmin is seeking a Head of Engineering to own the technical direction of the company while contributing commercially as a member of the local management team. You will be responsible for the engineering organisation, the technical roadmap, and for making sure we build the right things the right way.

You will have line responsibility and be expected to shape how the team works, hires, and grows, balancing technical leadership with business impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in software engineering with several years leading engineering teams.
• Ability to translate business priorities into technical execution and strategy.
• Experience with AI-native development, automated testing, and pragmatic engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and architecture decisions.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of engineers; shape how the team works and scales.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success to ensure engineering delivers customer value.
• Participate in commercial discussions and contribute to management-level strategy.
