Job summary

Saab AB in Sweden seeks a visionary Head of Digital Collaboration to lead the portfolio for Microsoft 365, enterprise document management and secure collaboration. You will shape platforms and governance to enable secure, scalable collaboration across Saab.

You will manage the organisation, partnering with business stakeholders and vendors, drive transformation across global teams, and ensure delivery of secure, resilient services while advancing cloud, AI and user adoption.

Qualifications

Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Strong people leadership and talent development skills.
Proven experience managing operational delivery and service performance.
Experience driving organisational and technology transformation in complex environments.
Experience leading digital collaboration or enterprise document management services and platform.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, digital collaboration and enterprise document management across cloud and on-premises environments.
Broad understanding of information governance, document lifecycle management, information security and compliance.
Experience establishing platform strategies, governance and operating models that enable effective collaboration between central and distributed teams.
Experience driving platform modernisation, migration, user adoption or digital collaboration transformation initiatives in large organisations.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
Experience from large, complex and global organisations.
Experience from the defence industry or other highly regulated and security-sensitive industries is considered an advantage.
Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead the Head of Digital Collaboration and oversee area performance and development.
Set strategic direction and transformation roadmap for Digital Collaboration.
Accountable for platform performance, security, resilience and lifecycle.
Drive evolution of Microsoft 365, enterprise document management and document collaboration capabilities.
Build governance and operating models for secure collaboration and enterprise document management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.
Some travel to meet with teams and stakeholders.
